No. You can send us your team logo, primary color, a reference image, an existing uniform, or simply describe what you have in mind. We can help turn those ideas into a complete basketball uniform design.
Can you design the uniform around our team logo or mascot?
Yes. We can use your team logo, mascot and primary color as the starting point, then develop the supporting colors and design details to create a cohesive team uniform.
Can I send you a uniform design or reference image that I already like?
Yes. You can share your own design, an existing team uniform, or reference images by email from the Start Designing page. Use the same email address as your design request so we can match your files. We can use them to understand the style and direction you want and adapt the final design for your team.
Can you match our team colors?
Yes. Choose your primary team color in the form on the Start Designing page and email your logo if available. We can build the supporting color palette around it. If you have exact color references or color codes, you can also include them in your design request.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard team order starts at 10 sets. Smaller quantities may also be possible, but the unit price can be higher.
Can we see an actual uniform before the full team order is produced?
Yes. Before bulk production, we make a pre-production sample and send you photos or video for approval. Bulk production begins after the sample and order details are confirmed.
Can player names, numbers and individual sizes be different within the same team order?
Yes. Player names, numbers and sizes can be customized for individual players while keeping the same team design.
Can you make reversible basketball uniforms?
Yes. We can produce reversible basketball uniforms, including designs with different colors or visual styles on each side. The best construction depends on how the uniforms will be used.
How long does production and delivery usually take?
The full process usually takes about 2–3 weeks after the design and order details are confirmed. A pre-production sample is prepared first, bulk production typically takes about 3–10 days, and express shipping is usually about 3–7 days. Timing can vary by order and destination.
What file types can I upload?
You can email common logo and reference formats such as PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF, SVG and AI. Use the Email your files option on the Start Designing page and the same email address as your design request. If you only have a screenshot or a simple reference image, you can still send it.
Can you adjust the fit or length for individual players?
Yes. If a player needs extra length or a different fit, let us know. We can adjust individual garments while keeping the team's overall design consistent.
What happens after I submit the design request?
We will review the information and files you send, then contact you by email to confirm the design direction, quantity and any additional details needed before moving forward.
