Production & Shipping
Last updated: September 23, 2026
Custom uniforms need design and sample approval before bulk production. We confirm production and delivery arrangements for each team order rather than promising one delivery date for every destination.
When production begins
The production schedule depends on confirmed artwork, names and numbers, sizes, quantities, material choices, sample approval and the payment arrangements in your order confirmation. Time spent waiting for information, approvals or requested changes can affect the schedule.
Estimated timing and event dates
General production and total-delivery estimates shown elsewhere on the website are planning guides, not guaranteed arrival dates. Your quotation or order confirmation should state the estimate relevant to your order and what it includes.
Tell us your event date and delivery destination before ordering. We will discuss feasibility and any available alternatives; expedited production or shipping is available only when separately confirmed. Customs, carriers, severe weather and other events may affect delivery.
Shipping methods, charges and customs
Available shipping methods and costs depend on the destination, shipment size and requested service. Confirm the shipping charge, destination, expected service and treatment of duties and taxes in writing before approving the order. Do not assume that a quote includes import duties, brokerage or local taxes unless it states this.
Any responsibility for customs clearance, duties or other destination charges must follow the agreed order terms and applicable law. We do not advertise a universal duty-paid or free-shipping service.
Delivery details and tracking
Provide a complete delivery address, recipient name and a reachable phone number where the carrier requires it. Ask for an address change as soon as possible; changes after dispatch depend on the carrier and may involve costs, which should be discussed before you agree.
Where the chosen service provides tracking, we will share the available tracking information after dispatch. A carrier estimate is not a guarantee of arrival.
Delayed, missing or damaged shipments
If tracking stops updating, a shipment does not arrive as expected, or a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us with your order reference and relevant photos or tracking information. Keep packaging and labels where possible so the issue can be investigated. We will work with you and the delivery provider to establish what happened and the appropriate next step. Your applicable legal rights are not reduced by this process.
