Website and inquiry service

The site presents custom basketball uniform options and design concepts. A website inquiry, a displayed concept or a request for a design preview does not by itself place an order or commit either party to a production run. You should be an adult with authority to act for the team or organization you represent.

Quotations and confirmed orders

Pricing is provided for the individual project. The written quotation and order confirmation should specify the product, quantity, customization, price, currency, applicable taxes, shipping arrangements, payment terms and any agreed deadlines. Ask us to clarify anything that is not stated before accepting or paying.

An order proceeds only after both parties confirm its requirements and applicable payment arrangements. Specific written order terms take priority over general website descriptions where they differ, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Design, sizing and sample approval

Check names, numbers, colors, logos, quantities and sizes carefully. We provide a design review and a pre-production sample review before bulk production. Screens and digital mockups can show colors and textures differently from physical fabric; the agreed sample and written specifications establish the production reference.

Let us know about league rules, an event date or special fit needs early. Use our size guide and discuss anything uncertain before approval. A request to change an approved specification may affect cost and timing and must be confirmed by both parties.

Artwork and permissions

You must have permission to provide and use the logos, names, images and other material supplied for your project. You authorize us to use that material as needed to prepare the requested designs and fulfill the agreed order. Any broader use, including public promotion featuring your team or identifiable players, requires a separate appropriate permission.

HOLUBO's website content and original design material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Viewing a concept does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy another team's protected marks. Any transfer or exclusive use of commissioned artwork should be recorded in the project agreement.

Responsible use and third-party services

Do not misuse the website, send unlawful material, impersonate another person or attempt to access information without authorization. We may restrict misuse to protect the service. External links, including email and WhatsApp, are subject to the relevant provider's terms and privacy practices.

Order issues and your rights

See Production & Shipping for delivery arrangements and Returns & Changes for changes, cancellations or problems with an order. Nothing in these website terms removes mandatory consumer, product-quality or other rights that apply to you. Custom or business orders are assessed under their agreed terms and the applicable law.
