• Contact and inquiry details: contact details and messages you provide through our contact form, email or WhatsApp, such as your name, email address and phone number. The phone field on our website contact form is optional.
• Team and design details: team name, artwork, colors, references, quantities, jersey names and numbers, sizes and measurements that you choose to provide.
• Order information: agreed specifications, approvals, correspondence, delivery and billing details, and payment or invoice records needed for an order.
• Website activity: our hosting provider can receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited and cookie information when you use the site.
• Optional updates: if you choose to use an email sign-up offered on the site, the contact information and preferences you submit for those updates.

Do not send full card numbers, passwords, identity documents or medical information through our inquiry channels. For a team roster, provide only the details needed to produce the uniforms and make sure you are authorized to share them.
